Introduced in 2019 the Free series was a completely new multitool chassis. Using magnets for tool retention vs frame and friction in it's other tools. This allows for all tools, except the pliers, to be outside accessible and a Balisong one handed deployment of the pliers. The tools seem to most closely resemble those of the Sidekick/Wingman/Rev/Bolster in style. No bit drivers, Small rulers and files. Can opener similar to Victorinox. The Free series also mark the return of the USA stamp both on the plier head and the blade
Jaws
Robust Stainless steel with replaceable 154CM wirecutters and a crimper below the plier head.

Stamped Stainless Steel scales, mostly open, as all tools deploy from the outside while folded up
