Background
Red Devil, Inc. manufactures painter's tools, caulks, sealants and fillers in the United States and other countries. Their line includes a wide variety of razor knives, scrapers, and other "utility" tools. As far as we know they never produced a multi-purpose plier tool of their own, but instead contracted with other established manufacturers such as Bear & Son Cutlery to produce multitools to their specifications.
